Weddings
We would be honored to host your special day! Sellwood Community House is a charming and versatile wedding venue, best suited for events with 50-100 guests, depending on your space-use needs.
Wedding rates begin at $3600, which includes eight hours of exclusive building use, coordination with our Rental Coordinator, one-hour rehearsal time (subject to building availability), tables, linens and staff to assist with setup and cleanup. Additional time can be added at a rate of $450/hour.

5-foot round tables (10), 6-foot rectangular tables (4), bistro tables (5), wooden chairs (50), black metal chairs (50), 5-foot serving bar, ping pong, foosball, and shuffleboard (if requested), wifi, projector and screen, smart TV, electric fireplace, full kitchen, large speaker with Bluetooth and microphone, garbage bins and bags, on-site staff person to assist with setup and cleanup.
*Table linens are optional, with an add-on price of $10/linen.

Full Building Celebrations
From holiday parties to milestone birthdays to B’nai Mitzvah and family reunions, our building has multiple spaces for guests of all ages to enjoy. Mingle and play games in the lobby, set up your catering team in our gorgeous kitchen, dance in the gym, and let the kids play in the studio! Pricing begins at $2200 for a five-hour rental window. Additional time can be added at the rate of $440/hour.

First Floor Only
Need a little less space for your event? If your celebration will have 75 people or less, this is an ideal option. Perfect for bridal and baby showers, retirement parties, end-of-life celebrations, and intimate gatherings of all kinds. Pricing begins at $1200 for a 4-hour window. Additional time can be added at a rate of $300/hour.
*While you will have the entire first floor to yourself, there is the possibility that other events will be taking place upstairs.
