Renewable Energy at SCH

We are proud to announce that the Sellwood Community House runs on clean solar energy!

Completed in Fall of 2024, our new solar panel system is estimated to generate over 34,000 kilowatt hours of renewable energy each year—enough energy to power 3 average US homes annually.

SCH is deeply committed to sustainability and renewable energy to ensure a safe healthy future for the communities we serve. Savings from this project will directly benefit all of our programs and participants.
