Each class is designed to bring people together in an uplifting and encouraging fitness environment!  We teach fun and easy step routines that target important core muscles of the back, abdomen, gluts and large leg muscles while moving to great music that will make your heart happy, and your face smile, while you sweat. Gentle stretch and strengthening exercises after cardio will help your body safely cool down and reset your mental compass towards a positive attitude, calm and focused, for the day ahead.  A total workout, combining all elements of fitness – cardio, muscle conditioning, balance, and flexibility, boosted energy and a serious dose of awesome each time you leave class.  Taught by Dance With Joy Studios
